This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding agreement between you ("End User," "you," or "your") and Rhumbit Technologies Ltd ("Rhumbit," "we," "us," or "our"). It governs your use of the Rhumbit web application and Progressive Web App (the "Application").
If you are using the Application on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to this EULA.
By accessing or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Application.
License Grant
Subject to your subscription and compliance with this EULA and our Terms of Use, Rhumbit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application solely for your internal business purposes.

You may not (and may not permit others to):
Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the Application remain exclusively with Rhumbit. You retain ownership of your own data.
Updates and Modifications
Rhumbit may update the Application at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
We may terminate this license at any time for breach. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided "AS IS." All disclaimers and liability limitations in our Terms of Use apply fully to this EULA.
Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Rhumbit offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of purchase, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund (no questions asked).
No refunds are available after the 30-day period, for partial months, or for overage charges (such as additional SMS messages).
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Rhumbit does not sell physical products, so there are no returns, shipping, or packaging requirements.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
The Rhumbit Service and Application are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Rhumbit is a software platform only. We are not responsible for:
Warranty Disclaimer
We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rhumbit's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
